A Boothbay man has been charged with unlawful sexual touching of a minor.

Jeremy Raburn, 43, has been charged with two counts of unlawful sexual contact, which allegedly took place in 2012.

Raburn will appear in court in May on charges he allegedly touched a minor inappropriately.

In August, 2012, Lincoln County Sheriff Office Detective Terry Michaud investigated a Department of Health and Human Services referral in which a minor reported having been touched.

If convicted, Raburn could face up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.

As part of his bail agreement, Raburn is not to have contact with any minors under the age of 16.
