On the first day of school, Southport School had a special guest, Bailey Charron from the Clean Drinking Water Initiative. To support our goal of reducing single-use plastics, Bailey read a story to students and provided every single child with a new reusable water bottle. The results have been fantastic—in the first week alone, we have avoided using over 200 single-use plastic cups.
We are so grateful to Bailey for her visit and for the important work she is doing!
