On Dec. 9, 1977, at the Clipper Inn (now, the Tugboat Inn), in the middle of a freezing rain storm, Jen Snow and Steven Lorrain were married. They renewed their vows on their 25th anniversary in the pouring rain. They’re predicting stormy weather again this weekend. Guess that means they’ve weathered the storms and arrived at 40 years together (and he tells her she’s a lucky, lucky girl!).

They have two wonderful sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Kristin and Mike and Hilary, and five awesome grandkids — Jack, Wyatt, Madison, Charlie and Blake.
