With Monday, Nov. 20 looking to be too cold to lay asphalt, Sargent plans on prepping and paving the trench on Tuesday, Nov. 21 and Wednesday, Nov. 22. 

The plan is to do Oak Street on Tuesday. There will be two-way traffic on Townsend Avenue while this is done and Oak Street is closed. The District will place signage on Oak and Townsend on Monday, Nov. 20.

Once Oak is paved, the crew will move to Union Street and prep and pave it during the remainder of the 21st and all of the 22. Once paving is done, the crew will focus on the pump station site at the head of the harbor.
