Alyson Dey Grover and Daniel Peter Boyd were married on July 15 at Newagen Seaside Inn on Southport, Maine. The ceremony was officiated by the Reverend Charles Carrick, followed by a reception featuring live music by The Holy Mackerels Trio and The Nikki Hunt Band.

The bride is the daughter of Merritt and Patricia Grover of Boothbay Harbor. The groom is the son of R. Garry and Marlies Boyd of Ocean Point. Alyson is the granddaughter of Robert Grover of Clearwater, Florida and the late Barbara Grover.

After a honeymoon in Bar Harbor, the couple resides in Boothbay Harbor.
