YMCA Diabetes Prevention program to begin

The YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program gives you the group support and the skills you need to make lasting healthy lifestyle changes.
To help reduce your risk for diabetes, your goals in the YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program are to reduce your body weight by 7 percent and increase your physical activity to by at least 150 minutes per week within the first half of the program.
As a participant, you'll enjoy:
