The first ever Miss Windjammer Pageant for young girls is coming to the Boothbay Region YMCA and the Windjammer Days Festival on Monday, June 27 at 6 p.m. in the YMCA gym.

Up to 12 young ladies from the Boothbay region, ages 9-12, are invited to showcase their talents, charms and charisma.

The first 12 young ladies to turn in their completed applications will participate in this year's pageant.

Applications can be picked up at the YMCA front desk and must be returned by June 6.
