Jones-Trinder wedding
Caroline Emily Jones and Glenn Francis Trinder IV were joined together in marriage on July 25, 2015. The marriage was officiated by the Reverend William Wood at St. Columba’s Episcopal Church in Boothbay Harbor.
The bride is the daughter of Debby and Mark Jones of Boothbay, and the granddaughter of Joan Sandstrom of Boothbay and the late Marion Jones, James Ervin Jones and Donald Sandstrom. The groom is the son of Suzanne and Glenn Trinder of Hannibal, New York and grandson of the late James Dexter, Mary Anne Dexter, Glenn Trinder and Elizabeth Trinder.
Maids of Honor were Haley Duncan of Portland and Meryl Jones of Boothbay, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Tilton of Boothbay, friend of the bride; Holly Kistler of Naples, Fla., friend of the bride; Katy Sturdivant of Wilmington, Del., cousin of the bride; and Eliza Jones of Boothbay Harbor, cousin of the bride.
Best men were James Trinder of Sterling, N.Y. and Brian Trinder of Albany, N.Y., brothers of the groom. Groomsmen were Scott Wilde of Denver, Colo.; Chris Jarvis of Loudonville, N.Y.; Brian Trowbridge of Randolph, N.J.; and Andrew Dziedzic, of Hannibal, N.Y., all friends of the groom.
Following the wedding, a reception was held at Sheepscot Harbour Village and Resort in Edgcomb.
Caroline is a registered dietitian and works as an area supervisor the Sarasota County Schools food and nutrition services department. Glenn is a physical education teacher at Tuttle Elementary school. The couple lives in Sarasota, Fla.
