Kathryn Brunell and Kevin Grant were married September 29, 2012 in the presence of family and friends at All Saints by the Sea on Southport. Ryn is the daughter of Duane and Pat Brunell of East Boothbay, and a 2006 graduate of Boothbay Region High School. Kevin’s parents are Larry and Kathy Grant of Danvers, Mass. Ryn and Kevin met as students at Gordon College in Wenham, Mass.

Emily Pious, sister of the bride, was Matron of Honor. Bridesmaids were Breeze Kidder, Tory Paxson, Amanda Glenn and Susie Schon, friends of the bride. Jeffrey Grant, brother of the groom was Best Man. Groomsmen were Pete Cronan, Shaun Laughlin, Ben Reinhold, and Barry Peterson, friends of the groom. Austin Mueller and Zach Reynolds ushered. Kevin’s grandfather, Ed Kozwich, sang “How Great Thou Art,” accompanied by Kathy Grant, his daughter. Matt Chewning, pastor of Netcast Church in Beverly, Mass., officiated.

A reception was held at Sprucewold Lodge following the ceremony. The couple went on a honeymoon cruise to the Bahamas, and is now living in Beverly, Mass. Ryn is a certification coordinator at TUV SUD in Peabody, Mass. Kevin is Director of Event Technology at the Fairmont Hotel in Boston.
