At 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 3, the Southport planning board will hold a site visit at 40 Town Landing Road, Newagen, (Map 8 Lot 35).

At 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7, the board will hold its regular monthly meeting at the town offices to consider:

A) Application through Knickerbocker Group for expansion of a cottage within the 75-foot setback from high water at 40 Town Landing Road, Map 8 Lot 35

B) Application of the Newagen Inn (Map 8A, Lot 1) for a change of conditions regarding additions to the Little Inn.
