At 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1, the Southport Planning Board will hold its regular monthly meeting at the town offices, to consider:

1. The application of Richard O. Jr. & Andrea M. Kershaw, Map 27, Lot 9 for volume expansion of a non-conforming structure in the shoreland zone.

2. Pre-application discussion with Newagen Inn, Map 8A, Lot 1 for expansion of the "Little Inn," a non-conforming structure in the shoreland zone.
