The Boothbay Civic Association’s Fourth of July celebration on the Boothbay Common, rescheduled to Saturday due to the holiday’s rain, was still a go as of 8 a.m. Saturday morning, July 5, according to BCA organizer Joan Rittall.

“We’ll be meeting at 10 a.m. and decide whether to continue,” said Rittall. “Some weather forecasts has it clearing by 10 a.m., so we’ll see.”
