Dear Editor:

People have been enthusiastic about the news that LincolnHealth soon will be extending the hours at the urgent care on the St. Andrews Campus to 24/7. Folks have been thanking the foundation and are asking how they can help. The answer is they can join the foundation. Membership is open to anyone — summer folks included. Dues are anything they wish to contribute: $1 to $1,00,000!

We would like to continue to grow a strong and active organization and would welcome the opportunity to count them among our members. We will continue to see the Certificate of Need process through to completion; build a strong, empowered elder population; sponsor educational programs for the community; and assess the healthcare needs unique to our community. All of our work requires volunteers, members opinions and donations.
