Dear Editor:

Thanks to all the Boothbay Harbor residents who voted on May 2, particularly those who provided their support so I can serve as the town’s newest selectman. I’d also like to extend my appreciation to Christopher Haskell for his willingness to run, so voters had a choice of candidates.

As a selectman, I look forward to hearing residents' ideas, suggestions and concerns so we can work together to ensure that the important decisions affecting our town result in a stronger community that is a great place to live, work and play.
