Join us on Wednesday, June 11th from 9:30-11:30am for a fused glass trivet workshop!
During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of fused glass techniques from our expert instructor. From cutting and arranging glass pieces to layering colors and textures, you’ll discover the possibilities of working with colored glass.
Embrace the essence of coastal Maine as you design your trivet, incorporating elements like lighthouses, sailboats, lobsters, and iconic coastal landscapes - or bring your own designs to life! Our instructor will guide you through the process, offering tips and tricks to execute your vision. No prior glass art experience is necessary – this workshop is perfect for beginners and enthusiasts alike. All materials and tools will be provided, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable creative experience.
Pieces will be constructed in class then Kathy will take them home to be fired. Your piece will be ready for pick up or shipping in about a week.
