Dear Editor:

I am writing to encourage people to use common sense. Years ago I read a book about the inner workings of our government. Politicians on both sides are controlled by their money backers.

I have been reading and watching news on both sides of our current issues and have also listened to young women who play sports and have had to compete against someone that was not born female. These women have had to endure males in their locker rooms and no matter what a male or female does to their bodies they are never going to be the opposite sex. Some go through mental and physical stress. Some of our young women have been physically hurt. One person wrote about transphobic rhetoric. This is not the case!

Our teachers unions are controlled by the Democratic Party and some of what is being taught in our schools is wrong. It started in colleges now it’s as young as kindergarten. People have been afraid to speak up because they are called bigots or transphobic etc. Some teachers that do not believe theses lies are afraid of losing their jobs. Parents need to get involved with their school boards and find out the truth.

As far as Trump goes, he is far from perfect but he is trying to do what is right for the majority of the people who did vote for him. The communist party has infiltrated our country and especially the Democratic Party and some of our democratic elites have tried to turn everything around and blame Trump! Change takes time. People need to wake up to the corruption and lies they have been fed for along time.

None of us are perfect but we are in the mess we are in because people want some imperfect human to fix things. Only God can fix things. We are a nation founded on God but people have turned away from God. My prayer is always that God opens the eyes of those that are blind. We need to love each other but there is right and wrong. God is ultimately in control. We still are a great Nation under God! We need to stop fighting. Term limits for everyone!
