Boothbay Region High School winter sports athletes were named to the Mountain Valley Conference all-star teams this week. The teams are decided upon by a vote of the sport's coaches.

Girls basketball: Tatum French and Maddie Orchard received honorable mention. Orchard was also honored as an academic all-star, as were teammates Ivory Cody and Anna Gosselin.

Cheerleading: Maddie Andreasen was named a first-team all-star. Teammate Titan Lewis was named a second-team all-star. Teammate Bailey Lewis was honored as an academic all-star.

Boys basketball: Tyson French and Aidric Canada received honorable mention.
