If you have been raving about Boothbay’s best burger, lobster roll, pizza, fish and chips or ice cream, this is your chance to nominate each one to receive a Best Fun Time Food contest award.

Nominations will be open from September 1 to September 14 and voting begins September 15. Voters will be automatically entered in a drawing for a share of $450 in prizes.

The contest sponsors, Hawke Motors and Janson’s, will provide gift certificates with a total value of $225, divided amongst lucky voters selected in a drawing. First prize wins $100; second prize wins $75 and third prize wins $50.

The nominated restaurant winners will be presented with a framed certificate and be recognized in the Boothbay Register print paper and online.
