Dear Editor:

In response to Mr. Nehring’s letter (The Bible and the bigots), I wanted to add a couple of Scripture references that he may have conveniently forgotten to include in his letter.

Please everyone read the Book Genesis and then read Romans 1 in the Bible.  God’s Word is Truth. Keeping Truth from those who need to hear it is unkind. And if he was accusing anyone of Bible thumping, which he alluded to, I think Mr. Nehring was the only one Bible thumping.  Just sayin.
