The regular monthly meeting of the Southport Planning Board will be held on Wednesday, July 10 at 5 p.m. in the Town Hall immediately followed by a public hearing on proposed Appendix E to the Land Use Ordinance to comply with LD2003.

The agenda for the Board meeting is:

1. Call to order and determination of a quorum

2. Approval of the previous meeting’s minutes

3. Consideration of an application for a building permit for Steve and Joanne Conn, Map 18, Lot 9 to rebuild a guest cottage that was destroyed by the storms this past winter located within the Shoreland Zone.

4. Any new business

5. Public Hearing on Appendix E

6. Adjournment

As with all Planning Board meetings, the public is invited to attend.
