LCTV: Three new productions this week

    Lincoln County Television is proud to offer three new community-focused productions this coming Saturday and Sunday on Spectrum/Tidewater channel 7, LCTV.org, and all streaming services.

    On Saturday at 7 p.m., tune in for this month’s “Putting the Y in Community” with host Sally Farrell from the CLC-YMCA in Damariscotta. This month’s 30-minute episode covers fall programming and activities for members, local children, and the community.

    This Sunday at 7 p.m., the Damariscotta Historical Society’s monthly show centers on “The Masons of Alna,” with esteemed historian Calvin Dodge and Barry Knot, Mason of Alna Lodge.

    Capping the weekend on Sunday at 8 p.m., LCTV is pleased to present the Waldoboro 250th Anniversary Celebration documentary that waspremiered last Friday at The Waldo Theatre. The one-hour short film includes the major events of the Spring 2023 celebration, plus interviews with long-time Waldoboro residents. 

    Looking ahead, Lincoln County Television (LCTV) is proud to announce our Winter 2023-24 "Classic Concert" series on four Sundays afternoons:

    Oct. 29, at 2 p.m.: Late And Alone: An Intimate Portrait Of Johnny Cash, Lincoln Theater, Damariscotta

    Dec. 17 at 2 p.m.: Yellow Brick Road, A Tribute to Elton John, Lincoln Theater, Damariscotta

    Jan. 28 at 2 p.m.: Studio Two, Beatles Tribute Band, Waldo Theatre, Waldoboro

    Feb. 25 at 2 pm: Crystal Vision, Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band, Waldo Theatre, Waldoboro

    The concerts are fundraisers for Linc.o.ln County Television, our community's local, non-profit, homegrown resource for news, sports, entertainment, and essential updates.
