The West Harbor Pond and Watershed Association is holding its annual meeting on Sunday, Aug. 13 at the home of Merritt and Martha Blakeslee at 226 Lakeside Drive. The meeting will start at 1 p.m. with a get-together lunch and we ask each family to bring a dish to share. The association will provide hot dogs, chips and drinks.

The meeting will feature an update on happenings on the pond, our water testing results, update on our relationship with Bigelow Laboratory, our treasurer’s report, the fishing tournament and upcoming events.

Please plan on attending this important meeting. The pond is an important resource to our town and keeping our members informed is quite important. Please plan on bringing money/check to pay the annual dues of $15. This is a great opportunity to get together with pond neighbors and get to know one another. We look forward to seeing everyone who lives around the pond or has property near the pond.
