    Dear Editor:

Francine Rondina’s reaction to my letter (March 30) deserves this response: A grand sickness has befallen the land.

Maine schools are failing in their mission compared to nationwide academic levels, finger wagging at white kids condemning them as born inherently racist, school councilors are covertly converting girls into boys, child pornography is cavorted in libraries, woke hokum is spewed indiscriminately within the curriculum.

These are are our children, our most precious beings, our future.

In Damariscotta, a mother sends her lovely 13-year-old daughter to school unaware of the clandestine perversion that awaits her. From breakfast in the morning, a young girl, only to come home at night a confused, distraught boy. What form of madness is this? To add to the audacity and injury, the school is defending the behavior of this incompetent counselor.

What does this mid-20s, wet nosed college boy know about raising a child? This girl’s sexual identity is off limits to him and everyone else.

Readers: please go to Maine Wire, review Steve Robinson’s story, “Maine Mom Sues School Over Secret ‘Gender Transition’ for 13-Year-Old.”

Public education has morphed into re-education camps, incarnate.

The President of the United States has vowed to promote and involve himself in the “transitioning” of 8 year olds. As he would say, yelling or whispering, “think about what you’d think about.”
