Boothbay Harbor Halloween Parade returns!
Monday, Oct. 31, the annual Halloween Parade will “reboot” featuring a pre-parade haunted library! Beginning at 3 p.m., come to Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library for warm apple cider (courtesy of the Boothbay Harbor Region Chamber of Commerce), lawn games, and a walk through the haunted library.
The parade will depart from the library at 4, led by a local pirate turned parade leader who was discovered working by day at Good ’N You. Route: from the library through the Bath Savings parking lot, down Townsend Avenue and turning at Baker’s Way. Traffic cones will cordon off parking for a larger pedestrian walkway and safe passage back along Townsend Ave.
This year, we have parking spaces at the Library and at Bath Savings Bank for businesses and organizations who would like to participate as “Trunk or Treaters.” Spaces are limited, contact Jen Betts at youth@bbhlibrary.org or at 207-633-3112 if you would like to reserve a spot to Trunk or Treat.
