The Boothbay Region Garden Club (https://www.boothbayregiongardenclub.org/) is pleased to announce that prominent local arborist Bob Stanley will be the featured speaker at its next meeting to be held on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 1 p.m. at St. Columba’s Episcopal Church (32 Emery Lane, Boothbay Harbor). Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Bob Stanley is an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist and is a member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists. He has 30 years of experience in the care and management of landscape plants and is the founder and owner of TreeKeepers® which serves the watersheds of Maine and Maryland by helping property owners protect natural waterways and bodies of water.

Bob will share tips on the proper pruning of trees and will be available to answer any questions you have on the proper care of your trees.
