AUGUSTA — An additional two COVID-19 deaths have been announced April 1 by the Maine CDC, bringing the state’s death toll to seven.
Both individuals were women in their 80s and were hospitalized at their respective times of death.
The April 1 announced deaths follow a pair of deaths in Cumberland County announced March 29 of a woman in her 80s and a man in his 60s, as well as the death in Cumberland County reported March 27 of a man in his 80’s.
A pair of deaths were announced Tuesday, March 31, by the Maine CDC of people with full-time residency in Kennebec and York counties. Both individuals in those cases were women in their 80’s and were in hospitals at their respective times of death.
