New to Newcastle Realty, agent Jon Stormont brings 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. Jon was the U.S. Procurement Director for Molnlycke Health Care, a company headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden. He continues to work part time for Molnlycke in sales and marketing from his Wiscasset based office. In college, Jon studied to be an architect and has a strong understanding of building, construction, and contracting. He has built three of his own homes and been a building inspector.

When asked why he chose Newcastle Realty, Jon readily shared that the professionalism of the team of agents, along with owner, Dennis Hilton, were what sold him.  He cited the great mentorship, continued education opportunities, and the strong sales team.  Newcastle Realty utilizes cutting edge technology for marketing and the agents are well versed on the latest rules and regulations.

Jon likes the challenge of figuring out what will be a good fit for potential buyers. A problem solver by nature, he keeps a sharp eye for possible contingencies to make sure transactions are fair and in the best interest of all parties. His background in architecture helps buyers see potential, and how those goals might be accomplished.
