The Blethen sisters combined for 54 points as the Boothbay Region Seahawk girls varsity team easily defeated the visiting Telstar Rebels, 74-19, at Boothbay Region High School Saturday afternoon.

Glory Blethen scored 29 points and Faith Blethen scored 25 in leading Boothbay to its sixth win against no losses. Chloe Arsenault added 10 points and Maddy Faulkingham had eight points, including two 3-pointers.

Telstar dropped to 0-7 with the loss.

Boothbay, currently seeded fourth in Class C South, will play at Wiscasset (0-6) on Wednesday, Jan. 2 and host Carrabec (2-4) on Friday, Jan. 4.
