The Woodchucks braved the snow, sleet, rain and cold last week to stack firewood in their designated location at the town’s public works lot on Country Club Road in Boothbay. The Boothbay Region Community Resource group of volunteers received some help from the neighboring Waste Management Facility crew, as foreman William Johnson brought the facility’s loader over to help move the snow-covered wood for easier stacking.
