Most of us could use a little stress reduction, and that is exactly what you will get in the Central Lincoln County Adult Education course, Destress and Reenergize with Energy EFT, taught by Sylvia Tavares.

During this one night class you will be taught the basic protocol for relieving stress and reenergizing your system. “Tapping” is a simple, yet effective form of energy healing. You will learn how to apply EFT (tapping) in any situation and so as to have this distressing and reenergizing tool at your finger tips any time you need it.

Tavares is an EFT practitioner and practices with her husband, Dana, at the Tree of Life Center in Newcastle. The course is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Great Salt Bay School in Damariscotta, The cost of the course is $24.
