The Mariann E. Bigelow Revocable Trust received conditional planning board approval April 16 to repair 142 feet of seawall. The property is located on the Chandler Road in a coastal residential and overlay zone.
Boothbay Planning Board required the applicant to submit a letter from the Five Maine Native Tribes. Planning board alternate Alex Rioux represented the applicant and recused himself from the debate.
The planning board meets next at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21 in the conference room.
