St. Patrick's Day was a little damp but it did not slow the spirit of the green as over 70 people arrived early to visit and get their seats at Community Lunch.

The Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library crew, led by Buzz Makarewicz, spent the entire day Sunday preparing what can only be described as a huge Irish feast. Executive Director Joanna Breen, along with Savannah Fields, were deep in the cabbage, making sure the lunch went off without a hitch. Rumor has it the library crew is all in for repeating this lunch next year and we are thrilled!

With the exception of runaway volunteers Paula and Jen, the regular volunteers -- Caroline, Janice, Suzanne, Jackie, Kris, Kelly, Lisa, Nancy and current ringleader Momma T -- can't believe the season is almost at an end.
