King praises D.C. intern Danielle Lorrain of Boothbay
Sen. Angus King (I-ME) recently praised Danielle Lorrain of Boothbay, an intern in King’s Washington, D.C. office. Lorrain is a graduate of Boothbay Region High School and currently attends Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia where she is working toward a degree in politics.
“Dani has been a great addition to our team in Washington,” said King. “Over the past several months we have all benefited from her steadfast work ethic and positive energy. She has been tremendously helpful to the policy team through her research on disability rights.”
“This summer interning with Sen. Angus King’s office has been a great learning experience and chance to apply what I learn in the classroom to the workings of the U.S. Senate and the U.S. government,” said Lorrain.
