The Southport Planning Board will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6 at the Southport Town Offices. The agenda is as follows:

1.  Review and approval of November minutes

2.  Building permit application for 38 Nickerson Rd. (Map 22, Lot 34) by Peter Ebert for an expansion of a structure in the 75-foot shoreland zone

3.  Building permit application for 53 Landing Rd (Map 23, Lot 12) by Ralph and Sandra Eames for replacement of a structure partially in the 75-foot shoreland zone

4.  Any new business
