The Southport Planning Board will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 5 p.m. at the Southport Town Offices.  The agenda is as follows:

1.  Review and approval of the October minutes

2.  An application by the Newagen Seaside Inn for an addition to the main Inn’s kitchen facilities.

3.  Any new business brought before the Board

4.  Adjournment

Immediately following the regular meeting’s adjournment, we will be convening a public hearing on potential changes to the Southport Land Use Ordinance proposed by the Planning Board.  The public is invited to attend and, if desired, provide feedback to the Board on the proposed changes.  The final version of these changes will be incorporated into warrant articles for a vote at the 2018 Southport Town Meeting.  Copies of the proposed changes have been posted at the Southport Town Library, the Southport Town Offices, and the Southport General Store.
