You’ve got until 3 p.m. today, Friday, Aug. 4, to get to the Southport Memorial Library for its 90th annual Book and Bake Sale.
Hundreds of hardcover and paperback books are on sale for great prices. The bake sale offers many delicious items ... but they are going fast.
The Southport Memorial Library is located at the tip of Southport Island in the village of Newagen. Cross the Southport Bridge, turn immediately left on Route 238, and drive 3.7 miles to the end of the island.
