Power still out for 21,000 Lincoln County customers

As of 4:30 p.m., Central Maine Power reports that there were still over 21,000 of the over 26,000 customers in Lincoln County without power as trees and power lines were brought down by the early morning wind and rain storm. Statewide, there are nearly 400,000 homes and businesses without power.
