The Community Resource Council (CRC) Fuel Fund is here to help those in need of heating assistance.

Available to residents of Boothbay, Boothbay Harbor, Southport and Edgecomb, the CRC Fuel Fund and Woodchucks Program aim to ensure everyone in our community stays warm during the winter months. Thanks to the generosity of local donors, we are able to offer heating assistance for oil, propane, and K-1 fuel. For those who rely on wood heat, the Woodchucks Program provides dry, seasoned firewood, delivered by our dedicated volunteers who harvest, split, dry, and distribute it to those in need.

Hannah Corkum, our Community Navigator, manages the application process for both the Fuel Fund and Woodchucks Program. She will guide you through the simple application and quickly determine your eligibility.
