With a distinctly nautical flavor, the Harbor Lights Festival is fun for the entire family and without a doubt, helps get everyone in the holiday spirit! The “Lighted Boat Parade” is the highlight of the Festival and the Chamber is encouraging all boats in the region to register and participate in this festive event!

A $250 prize will be awarded to the first place winner, $150 for second place, and $100 for third place. All registered boats will receive a $35 gas card. This year’s judges include: Angelo DiGiulian, Margaret Hoffman and Lisa Walby.

A Parade Viewing Party will be held at Maine Oyster from 4 to 6 p.m. Tickets are $35 each and include two drinks, light hors d’oeuvres and a warm spot to take in the Lighted Boat Parade. The Wrap-up and Awards party is free and open to the public and will be held at Mine Oyster from 6 to 9 p.m. This year, Mine Oyster will have a special designated area where captains and their crew can enjoy the festivities and some specially prepared food after the Parade.
