Mark your calendars for a festive yard sale plus live and silent auctions at St. Giles Jefferson Saturday, Aug. 24. Grilled hot dogs and burgers will be for sale, and another of the parish’s popular pie sales also will be featured.

Included in the sale and auction items will be a canoe, a table saw and many other tools, plus bicycles and many unique household items. Hours of the event are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Look for further details in next week’s paper.

St. Giles Episcopal Church is located at 72 Gardiner Road in Jefferson, a quarter mile west of the junction of Gardiner Road (Route 126) and Bunker Hill Road (Route 213).
