On Thursday, June 27, Wreaths Across America’s Traveling Education Exhibit will stop in Damariscotta, Maine on its way throughout the state this month as part of the WAA mission to Remember, Honor, and Teach.

The goal of the Wreaths Across America Education Exhibit is to bring local communities and our military together with education, stories, and interactive connections. When touring the Exhibit, festival guests will have the opportunity to explore, learn and remember our fallen veterans. Tours are free and open to the public.

Wreaths Across America (www.wreathsacrossamerica.org) takes great pride in its mission to Remember, Honor, Teach. The mobile Education Exhibit will help to Teach, not only the next generation but all local community members about the services and sacrifices of our nation’s military.

The local community is invited and encouraged to visit the exhibit and to speak with Wreaths Across America volunteers to learn more about the organization’s mission - Remember, Honor, Teach. The exhibit will be parked at Damariscotta Hardware, 423 Main St., during the day on June 27.
