Arrests/Summons

On July 17 Franklin Markese Killins, 27, of West Palm Beach, Florida, was arrested for Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs by Officer Barnes.

Lindsay L Grover, 34, of Boothbay, was arrested for Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, Trafficking in Prison Contraband, Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention and Obstructing Government Administration by Officer Barnes.

James Little, 41, of Brownsville, Texas was arrested for Assault on an Officer (x3), Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Reckless Conduct, OUI (Alcohol), Criminal Threatening, Disorderly Conduct, and Aggravated Criminal Mischief by Officer Barnes.

On July 18 Gary W Joslyn, 47, of Wiscasset, was arrested on a Warren Arrest by Officer Nathan Willhoite.

On July 19 Jackson A Piscopo, 29, of Peterborough, New Hampshire, was arrested for OUI (Alcohol) by Officer Willhoite.

On July 20 Amber L M Ladd, 37, of Wiscasset, was arrested for Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug by Officer Barnes.

Jessica Simmons, 27, of Wiscasset, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and Operating After License Suspension by Officer Barnes.

On July 21 Matthew C Williams, 33, Boston, Massachusetts was summonsed for Driving to Endanger by Officer Barnes.

On July 23 Chandler A Field, 23, of Woolwich, was arrested for OUI (Alcohol), Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ over speed limit, Operating After License Suspension and Violating Conditions of Release by Officer Willhoite.

Jennifer K Desisto, 48, of Woolwich, was arrested for OUI (Alcohol) and Operating Motor Vehicle with Expired License by Officer Willhoite.

On July 25 Jason L Young, 49 of Waldoboro, was summonsed for Violating Condition of Release by Officer Barnes.

On July 26 Cory R Barter, 38, of Gardner, was arrested for Hinder Apprehension or Prosecution, Violating Condition of Release and Operating after License Suspension by Officer Barnes.

Timothy R Gough, 32, of Harpswell, was arrested for Violation Conditions of Release and Theft by Deception by Officer Barnes.

Michael L Harrington, 31, of Wiscasset, was summonsed for Theft by Deception and Forgery by Officer Barnes.

On July 27 Joshua J Watkis, 45, of Alna, was arrested for Warrant Arrest, Operating Vehicle with Expired License, Operation of Defective Vehicle and Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Chief Hesseltine.

Accidents

On July 20 Chief Hesseltine responded to a two vehicle accident on Main Street. Leah Jameson, 53, of Pipe Creek, Texas was traveling westbound stopped in traffic on Main Street. Tyler Barter, 17, of Boothbay Harbor, was traveling westbound following the roadway and struck the rear of Jameson’s car. No injuries were reported.

On July 22 Sergeant Hatch responded to a two vehicle accident on Bath Road. Kevin Feltis, 51, of Newcastle, was traveling southbound following the road way on Bath Road Walter Shea, 36, of Jefferson, was traveling southbound following the roadway and struck the rear of Feltis’ car. No injuries were reported.

On July 22 Sergeant Hatch responded to a two vehicle accident on Fowle Hill Road. Wesley Winters, 79, of Wiscasset, was traveling westbound following the roadway. Albert Gray, 66, of Wiscasset, was making a left turn onto the roadway and failed to see Winters striking his vehicle. No injuries were reported.

On July 22 Sergeant Hatch responded to a two vehicle accident on Bath Road. Asher R Putterman, 39, of Warren, was stopped in traffic on Bath Road. Carol A Lewis, 60, of Trevett, failed to stop in time and struck the rear of Putterman’s car. No injuries were reported.

On July 30 Sergeant Hatch responded to a three vehicle accident on Bath Road. Michael R Walker, 50, of Portland, Elizabeth A. Blanchard, 54, of Falmouth, and Kari L Rolsen, 46, of Owls Head, were all stopped in traffic on Bath Road when an unknown vehicle struck the rear of Rolsen’s care causing her to strike Blanchard and Blanchard to strike Walker. No injuries were reported.

On July 30 Sergeant Hatch responded to a two vehicle accident on Fort Hill Street. Emily A Tate, 37, of Wiscasset, was parked legally. Lucy V Cleland, 31, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, backed out of a driveway and struck Tate’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.

On July 31 Sergeant Hatch responded to a one vehicle accident on Bath Road. Jane P Katz, 68, of New York, New York, was traveling northbound on Bath Road when she left the roadway striking a tree. No injuries were reported.

On July 31 Sergeant Hatch responded to a two vehicle accident on Water Street. Stevphen A Zemla, 46, of Lancaster, New Hampshire, was parked legally on Water Street. Robert J Troy, 56, of Wilminton, Massachusetts attempted to make the corner and struck Zemla’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.
