Wiscasset Police Department reported the following for July 1-15:

Arrests/Summonses

July 2, David A. Cook, 37, of Jay was arrested for assault and violating conditions of release, by Chief Larry Hesseltine.

July 2, Joshua B. Stover, 37, of Edgecomb was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, by Sgt. Perry Hatch.

July 6, Garrett Pinkham, 18, of Wiscasset was arrested for Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, Refusing to Submit to Arrest and Violating Conditions of Release, by Officer Jonathan Barnes.

July 6, Bradford Hall, 30, of Auburn was summonsed for operating after license suspension, by Barnes.

July 6, Eric Simmons, 35, of Pittston was arrested for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Violating Condition of Release, by Barnes.

July 6, Carla Warren, 30, of Pittston was arrested for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Operating after License Suspension and Violation of Condition of Release, by Barnes.

July 6, Amy Riccard, 49, of Foxboro, Massachusetts was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, by Barnes.

July 7, Nathan D. Metcalf, 23, of Palmyra was arrested for Kidnapping, OUI (alcohol), Domestic Violence Assault, Operating after License Suspension, and Violating Condition of Release, by Barnes.

July 10, Kody N. Wallace, 29, of Nobleboro was summonsed for Attaching False Plates, by Hesseltine.

July 11, Jeffrey Fairman, 52, of Boothbay Harbor was summonsed for Violating Condition of Release, by Hesseltine.

July 13, Eric Simmons, 35, of Pittston was arrested for Warrant Arrest, by Hesseltine.

July 13, Keith R. Laney, 49, of Wiscasset was arrested for Warrant Arrest, by Hesseltine.

July 14, Louis Gallegos III, 46, of Jefferson was arrested for OUI (alcohol), Operate Vehicle Without License and Speeding 15 to 19 over Limit, by Hesseltine.

Accidents

No injuries were reported in the following:

July 3, Hatch responded to an accident in a private parking lot on Bath Road. Lisa A. Kinney, 59, of Waldoboro was parked legally. Riley N. Parlin, 23, of Fairfield backed out of his parking space and into the rear of the legally parked vehicle.

July 5, Barnes responded to an accident on Bath Road. Kenneth High, 75, of Camarillo, California was traveling northbound and left the roadway.

July 6, Barnes responded to an accident on Main Street. Christina Small, 41, of Bowdoinham was traveling southbound. Deanna Main, 18, of Boothbay was traveling southbound and followed too closely, striking the rear of Small’s vehicle.

July 7, Barnes responded to an accident on Bath Road. Richard Doucette, 71, of Boston, Massachusetts was traveling northbound. An unknown jeep in front of him braked suddenly causing Doucette to strike the vehicle.

July 12, Hesseltine responded to an accident on Bath Road. Eliza Egholm, 33, of Portland was traveling eastbound stopped in traffic. Virginia Boxer, 38, of Dover, New Hampshire was traveling eastbound and struck the rear of Egholm’s vehicle.
