The Winthrop Ramblers held on for a 42-39 win over the visiting Boothbay Region Seahawks Monday night to improve to 14-3 on the season while the Seahawks dropped to 11-6.

The Ramblers’ Jacob Hickey led all scorers with 16 points. Teammate Spencer Steele chipped in with 11.

Boothbay was led by Jacob Leonard and Carter Babcock with 10 points each, while Kyle Ames added eight.

The Seahawks will host Madison (14-3) on Wednesday, Feb. 3.
