Dear Editor:

The timing of Sebelius resignation as Secretary of Health and Human Services is interesting for a number of reasons. But one stands out. Let's give credit where credit is due — she obviously fought a long and tough battle before succumbing to the pressure from the top to be the fall guy for the Obamacare debacle.

I will always wonder in this '14 congressional election year if Sebelius had been a man whether there would have been a firing six months ago at the time of the botched rollout.
