“80 for Brady” -  (PG-13; 1 hour, 38 minutes) -  This film was inspired by the true story of four best friends living life to the fullest when they take a wild trip to the 2017 Super Bowl LI to see their hero Tom Brady play. “The Quiet Girl” - (PG-13; 1 hour, 34 minutes - in English and Gaelic Irish with English subtitles) - In rural Ireland, 1981, nine-year-old Cait is sent away from her overcrowded, dysfunctional family to live with foster parents for the summer. Quietly struggling at school and at home, she has learned to hide in plain sight from those around her. She blossoms in their care, but in this house where there are meant to be no secrets, she discovers one painful truth. “Falstaff” - The Met Live in HD - (3 hours, with one intermission) and Pre-Opera Talk -  Baritone Michael Volle stars as the caddish knight Falstaff, gleefully tormented by a trio of clever women who deliver his comeuppance, in Verdi’s glorious Shakespearean comedy. Maestro Daniele Rustioni takes the podium to oversee a brilliant ensemble cast that features sopranos Hera Hyesang Park Ailyn Pérez, mezzo-soprano Jennifer Johnson Cano, contralto Marie-Nicole Lemieux, tenor Bogdan Volkov, and baritone Christopher Maltman. Our pre-opera talk, presented by Morton Achter, begins at 11:30 a.m. Following the broadcast, there will be a brief “post-opera” discussion about what we have just seen, for those who wish to stay on. “Peter Pan JR” - A Y Arts production - A cast of 50 local youth will take the stage for Peter Pan JR! Peter and his mischievous fairy sidekick, Tinkerbell, visit the nursery of the Darling children late one night and, with a sprinkle of pixie dust, begin a magical journey across the stars that none of them will ever forget. In the adventure of a lifetime, the travelers come face to face with a ticking crocodile, the fierce Brave Girls, a band of bungling pirates and, of course, the villainous Captain Hook. Featuring the iconic songs, “I’m Flying,” “I’ve Gotta Crow,” “I Won’t Grow Up” and “Never Never Land,” and a rousing book full of magic, warmth and adventure, Peter Pan JR. is the perfect show for the child in all of us… who dreamed of soaring high and never growing up. “Cinderella” - Lincoln County Community Theater production -  A contemporary take on the classic tale. When she meets a dragon-slaying young prince who is just assuming control of his government, Ella helps spark transformation and empower the disenfranchised in their kingdom.
