Dear Editor:

I’m writing to encourage Boothbay Harbor voters to support and vote for Mark Osborn for Boothbay Harbor Selectman. I have known Mark for over 25 years as a friend and business owner and general manager of various businesses in town. In 2014, He and his partner Buzz bought the Topside Inn and have transformed the magnificent property into one of best small hotels in America. Mark currently serves on the boards of Hospitality Maine and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and has been an enthusiastic leader in this community’s affairs for many years.

I feel that Mark would be an asset on the Boothbay Harbor Select Board. He is intelligent, thoughtful, has an open mind and would be a consensus builder dealing with the many important issues of this town. On May 5, please cast your vote for Mark Osborn to be seated on the Boothbay Harbor Select Board. Thank you.
