    Dear Editor:

The President of the United States has the power to declassify or possess classified documents.

President Trump is currently on trial for a 37-count indictment related to his handling of classified materials.

The Vice President of the United States, Senators, Congressmen or private citizens do not not have the power to declassify or possess classified documents.

The Special Counsel Hur's report on President Joe Biden's handling of classified documents said there was evidence that Biden “willfully” retained and disclosed highly classified materials when he was a private citizen. There is evidence Biden had classified documents as far back as when he was a Senator. Biden has not been charged with anything.

President Trump was impeached for election interference because he made a call to President Zelenskyy about possible corruption in Ukraine.

V.P. Biden made a public statement on how he extorted President Zelenskyy into firing a prosecutor looking into corruption in Ukraine. The prosecutor was investigating a company Hunter Biden was working for.

President Trump was charged with election interference for questioning the results of the 2020 election.

The Special Counsel's Durham report found that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, the DNC and many government officials lied about Trump colluding with the Russians before the 2016 election. No one was charged with election interference.
