There will be an outside cleanup of the BICA hall on Saturday, June 14, 2014 starting at 9 a.m. As with past cleanups, the more volunteers, the quicker the job gets done. So bring a rake or a grass whip, or both, along with your coffee and join in the fun.

With the yard/plant sale coming up on June 28, there is a need for volunteers to help setting up, to help on the day of the sale, and to help with clean up.  If you can help in any of these areas, please let Louise know at 207-350-4032.  Donations may be dropped off at the BICA hall the week of the sale at the following times:   

Monday, June 23 and Wednesday, June 25, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Thursday, June 26 and Friday, June 27, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

If these times are not convenient, call Louise at 207-350-4032 to make other arrangements. Just remember that clothing and oversized furniture cannot be accepted.  We are happy to take your tables, chairs, bureaus, etc.
