Trying to decide how best to use those late summer blooms? Join your friends at the Boothbay Region Garden Club for the September Crazy Container Challenge! Sign up by Sept. 2 so you will not miss out on this creative opportunity.

Members, prospective members and guests are invited to bring a crazy container to the meeting on Sept. 14, along with greens and flowers from your garden (if you have them) to use as fillers. The club will supply cut flowers and an oasis to assist in the creation of your arrangement in a non-traditional container. The sky is the limit as Carol Lingard and Irene Gerny suggest in the accompanying photo.
